This is a simple yet very useful trick with which you can rename loads of files at once in Windows.
Highlight a set of files in any folder or drive you want to rename, then right-click on one of them and rename it. 
All the other files will be renamed to that name, with individual numbers in brackets to distinguish them. 
This trick is especially useful when you want to rename and arrange large number of files having different names at once in order.
