Dell is the first notebook developers to announce laptops featuring this high performance platform. The new Alienware M15x is the Dell’s new flagship product for the mobile Core i7. As you know, the Alienware M15x is an amazing 15 inch gaming laptop and is a smaller version of Alienware M17x.
Dell’s offerings of laptops with Core i7 processor is not stopping here, the technology giant is planning to release the new Core i7 processor with three other models worldwide, including the Studio 15 laptop which is expected to come with an option of Core i7 processor with a reasonable starting price of around $999(USD).
That’s not all!! Dell is also installing the Core i7 processor in their every growing Studio 17 laptop. The starting price of this laptop will be at $1,099 (USD) approx. The stylish new Studio XPS from Dell is also all set to get the new quad Core i7 processor.
Along with the Core i7 processor, Dell’s update to the Studio 17 includes a 17.13 inch HD display with an aspect ratio of 16:9 for enhancing the display quality. The laptop also features a new improved 2 mega pixel camera for high video quality and easy video conferencing. A JBL 2.1 audio solution with SRS Premium and two speakers with 1.5 watt each with 6 watt sub woofer is added to the new Studio 17 laptops. Regardless of such high tech features and improved dual hard drives the Studio 17 comes with lighter body and it’s portable in comparison with its predecessor.
